Assist in building investor confidence & belief in the company’s vision and strategy for achieving shareholder valueCreate a solid investor relationsDevelop good relationship with financial institutions, securities company, funds, capital investors in Vietnam and International to liaise and propose capital options, increase investment chances for projectsAssist the due diligence process during the fund raising roundsProvide day-to-day administrative support to the Investor Relationship Manager (IRM), including scheduling meetings and callsMaintain a contact list of investors and analysts, as well as handle the distribution of selected press releases and other materialsMonitor and ensure timely follow-up incoming calls, email and other inquiries, handle the process as neededPlan and execute administrative duties and logistics for investor relations events for the senior management personnel, collaborating closely with the IRM and liaising with multiple internal and external partiesResearch and screen investors, the new potential investors, keep an accurate record of interactions, and track and measure activity using information tools in investor relationsAssist the IRM in gathering information, preparing investor communication materials & internal memos and reports; maintain archive of broker researchSupport maintaining and updating the investor relations website Yêu cầu ứng viên Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Auditing, Securities or EcomonicsAt least 2 years previous experience in equity research, investor relations, FP&A, investment banking, or similar areasExcellent planning, project-management, and organizational skillsAbility to prioritize tasks and meet critical deadlines; attentive to detailAbility to anticipate and solve logistical problemsSelf-motivated and able to work both independently and in close collaboration with othersProfessional in handling confidential informationFlexible and under high pressureGood written and oral communication skills in EnglishExcellent Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint skill Quyền lợi Working address: The Light Building, To Huu, Nam Tu Liem, HanoiWorking time: 8:00am-5:30pm, Monday to Saturday morning (Saturday morning working online)Salary: 1000 – 1500 USDYoung, democratic, dynamic, professional working environment, focusing on working efficiency;Review salary at least once a year;13th month salary bonus;Be equipped with modern equipment for work;Periodic bonus, holiday bonus, lunch allowance, parking allowance;Fully enjoy the social insurance – health insurance – unemployment insurance regimes according to regulations;Fully enjoy the regimes according to the Labor Law: holiday, Lunar New Year, annual leave, paid leave…;Enjoy other preferential regimes: annual vacation trip, birthday;Periodic health examination once a year at Thu Cuc International General Hospital;Opportunity to travel domestic and abroad 1-2 times / year
